Why MiNigh?
Dorothy and Hanson met at a language exchange meeting in a cafe called Cafe de Six in Madrid. They did not know each other. It was simply a blind meeting. As they interacted more, they realized that there is a lack of trustworthy, reliable, unanimous and instantaneous meeting applications which will provide a seamless, instant meeting without revealing one's identity while providing a potential match. There are a lot of applications and websites but they all need a huge profile setup, pictures, and months of texting to meet a real person. However, to get a good friend to find a good match, or to find a life partner one’s personality and emotional state is far more important than merely a photoshopped look. More than often the onboarding takes a long, one needs to download and install an application, and most importantly lacks local payment options.
MiNigh has a solution to this problem. Just choose the messenger and you are onboard right away. Even with MiNigh web messenger, it doesn’t take more than just to verify as a human and you are onboarded. After onboarding, setting up profile data, and updating the location you are ready to post your first wish (desire to meet someone) and you can meet someone instantly.
What is the meaning of MiNigh?
MiNigh is a product of ARIDRISHTI, a company established in Spain, Madrid. In the Spanish language, Mi means “My” and “Nigh” is a mediaeval word meaning “Neighbour”. Hence, MiNigh means “My Neighbour”
Why do I need to choose a messenger?
ARIDRISHTI is a fervent advocate of sustainability and circular economy. There are so many messengers and applications in the market consuming a huge amount of energy, it did not feel right to launch another application or messenger to overburden our beloved planet. Besides, why reinvent the wheel and not emphasize the concept of ‘circular economy? However, for your convenience, we have a web-based MiNigh messenger specifically designed to perform all the tasks and if you don’t want to use any other messenger, you can choose the MiNigh.
I have selected a messenger other than MiNigh but it says I need to install a desktop version or use the web, what should I do?
This means you don’t have Messenger installed either in your Tab/Laptop/Desktop. You may choose to install the messenger as a desktop application or use it from the browser as a web application (most of the messengers support this) where you do need not to install anything on your device.
I have chosen MiNigh from the dropdown and waiting for a verification code in my email, how long it take?
You are supposed to receive the verification code instantly or maybe within 4-5 seconds. However, the code expires within 90 seconds. So, if you have not received your verification code or the time has expired, you should check your email for correctness and then refresh the dropdown by selecting blank and then select MiNigh again and you should again get the popup window to verify your email
Wait, you said, NO EMAIL? Yes, but this is one of the measures we have taken to stop bots driven by advanced AI besides giving you the unique experience of automatic login. This you do once and sometimes if our AI finds that there is a chance that a threat AI-driven bot is used to log into your account you may be asked to verify or you are trying to use our application other than your device. You need not type any email or password to log into your account, we have taken care of that. You get a feel of using a native application but you are using a web application without installing anything!
I have verified and logged in, now what?
The things you should do after onboarding:
1. Go to the settings
2. Update your location data (if you have a GPS allow it to update your location data)
Point to ponder: If you do not automatically update your location data, still you will be able to post your wishes. However, you will be able to post only paid wishes. If you update your location data, you can post both paid and unpaid wishes.

Wait, what? You said no passcode! Yes, since you are using it as a native application, what if someone gets access to your device? Using a 4-digit passcode is the least possible last-end security to protect you from unwanted access from your device!
5. Set your profile for example gender, age, meeting partner age range, zodiac sign, personality type (you can take a personality test here), emotional state (take your emotional test here).
Point to ponder: You can take the test on your own and select the personality type and emotional state from the dropdown; however, if you take these tests on our web application, you will get a verification sign which is more trustworthy to the platform users. According to our research, you need to take these tests three times with an interval of a minimum of one month which will increase the authenticity and validity of your states.
Can you kindly explain to me what I need to do to post my wish?
If you have already set user name, profile, passcode, personality type, emotional state and updated location; you need to only choose a passphrase and answer to the passphrase. We have given a few which you can choose from the list but you can also make your passphrase and answer to it
Illustration – challenge and passphrase: This system of challenge words and passphrases was widely used by the Roman Army, and you must be well acquainted with the ‘Open Sesame’. Since you are going to meet an unknown person, how do you approach and identify the person? Use the challenge word and if you get the right passphrase, that’s your meeting partner! Do you know that during WWII the Allied forces' challenge word was flash and the passphrase was thunder? Isn’t it exciting?
Hurrah! I have posted my first paid wish to meet up, now what?
Once you post a paid wish, potential meeting partners get a PAY button once they see your wish, likewise, you will also see a PAY button on others' paid wishes. So, if anyone pays, you are ready to meet your potential partner!
Hmm! I don’t like to pay so I posted an unpaid wish, now what?
Once you post an unpaid wish, potential meeting partners get a WHISPER button once they see your wish, likewise, you will also see a WHISPER button on others unpaid wishes. So, if anyone whispers to you, you will get a PAY button below your wish. Once you pay, the whisperer will get a PAY button. Once the whisperer pays, you are ready to meet.
How many paid and unpaid wishes can I post?
You can post one unpaid and three paid wishes daily
When do my posts expire?
There is no expiry time for your posts be they unpaid or paid. However, you can anytime cancel your post except when someone pays against your paid wish: that becomes a match and then you can’t cancel your wish.
How many whispers can be sent against a single unpaid wish?
Against a wish we allow only ten whispers meaning you will have a maximum of ten potential whisperers against your unpaid wish
How do I choose my best match?
We find the best match based on three factors: zodiac match, personality match, emotional match and give you an overall matching score in terms of three, two, and one stars.
Can I reschedule the meetup?
You can reschedule the meetup bilaterally through text messages with your potential meeting partner.
When and how can I send text messages to my meeting partner? And since you advocate sustainability and circular economy, is there a limitation of text messages in terms of length and numbers?
When both parties pay for a wish, you get a message button through which you can send messages. You are so right! We surely act upon what we say! Each message length is 255 characters and you can send a maximum of 20 messages. So, be very prudent while sending messages. The research shows that you should use a maximum of 5 messages before meetup as the rest of the messages you will need only to identify your unknown partner.
Why do you keep the potential meeting partner unknown whereas we have so many social media sites and applications and digital identities? Isn’t it better to reveal your social media identity so that you know a bit about the person before you meet?
Good question. According to Pew Research, 41% of Americans were victims of online harassment, especially through social media and stalking is one of them among others like name-calling, physical threats, sexual harassment etc. Although we consider zodiac signs, personality state, emotional state etc, there are a range of factors for example cultural, religious, political, economic or physiological for which you may not find it suitable for further meetup. Being anonymous gives you the security to avoid post-meetup harassment.
How do I change the language?
Look at the top right corner, and select your preferred language. However, our application will identify your language settings from your browser and will set the language for you.
How do I earn money while I sleep? Is it true or a scam?
ARIDRISHTI is a strong proponent of an equitable society. Whatever products we perceive, we always keep our mission “Automate business processes through a fusion of AI [Artificial Intelligence], Robotics, IoT [Internet of Things], Drishti [Computer Vision] to reduce human labour, secure human lives, lessen human sufferings, curtail redundant bureaucratic processes, decrease cost, address carbon pollution, provide better health care, towards a sustainable equitable future thereby inspiring people to make difference in society” at the backdrop. So, it is not a scam rather it should have been the norm.
How do I get a referral link to earn money?
There are three ways you can get your referral link to earn money:
Once you complete five meetups you get your referral link
If you have more than 1000 followers on any social media you are eligible for the referral link. To get this, you need to contact MiNigh, choose affiliate in “issue type” and share your social media link. Upon successful evaluation, you will be notified by email and thereafter click “My Referral Link” to get it
You can upload a video on prominent social media like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc and contact MiNigh, choose affiliate in “issue type” and share your uploaded link. Upon successful evaluation, you will be notified by email and thereafter click “My Referral Link” to get it
Where can I see how much money I have earned?
Click/choose/select “My Money” and you will get the details of your earnings.
When can I withdraw my money?
You can withdraw your money when you earn more than 20 euros or 2000 BDT by clicking WITHDRAWL. The charges may apply for the withdrawal based on the method of withdrawal (Bank Transfer, Card Transfer, Transfer by PayPal, BKASH, BIZUM etc), currency (conversion charges may also apply).
My Email has been hacked, how do I get back my account?
Well, even if your email has been hacked, the hacker still will have difficulty accessing your account if you set a passcode. And if you back up your account through the settings by a different email other than the email you used to create an account, you can still access your account. To remove the hacked email from your account contact MiNigh
I was banned and how can I remove it?
The only reason you are being banned by MiNigh would be verified complaints about your anti-social behaviour and if that is so, we are sorry, we do not want you to use our platform. You will, however, see the reason/s of your ban when you try to use MiNigh.
I want to launch a complaint about the inappropriate behaviour of my match, how can I do that?
Please go to the contact form of MiNigh, and select ‘complaint’ in the issue type to launch a complaint. We take the complaint seriously and attach screenshots or any other evidence you have to support the complaint. If found inappropriate the individual will be warned about their anti-social behaviour but if it is gross their account will be blocked.
I can not find my city in the city list
Please go to the contact form and let us know the country and city you would like to add to the list. The MiNigh team will add it within 48 hours.
There are two cities with the same name, which one should I choose?
Your city name will be followed by the State/Province/District/Communidad, for example: Burgos-Castellon and Burgos-Catellon la Mancha are two different cities.
Note: We are working on showing an approximate location on a map once you select your city and soon we will roll out this.
What are the criteria that an individual could be banned from MiNigh?
MiNigh is a social platform which considers human beings are inherently “good” and we rely on our inner strength of being human. However, sometimes we may lose control and do things which are anti-social and not expected out of us. Once we commit those, we should take the consequences graciously. Here are some guidelines we follow but not limited to:
1. If one misses the dates consecutively two (02) times and is reported upon, the account will be banned.
2. If one behaves inappropriately consecutively two (02) times and is reported upon, the account will be banned.
3. If one tries to contact other MiNigh users without their consent and is reported upon, the account will be banned.
4. If one tries to contact another MiNigh contact whom one dated but did not go along with and reported upon, the account will be banned.
5. If one uses derogative, disrespectful and offensive words two (02) times and reports upon the account will be banned.
6. If one posts an inappropriate link or writes offensive words/sentences, or writes their mobile/telephone number, or any of their social media IDs in a wish post and either our AI or any of our employees find it out or you are reported upon, your account will be banned

I want to launch a legal complaint against a MiNigh user, what help I can get from MiNigh?
It might occur that you met a date and shared one of your messenger identities but you did not get along and being harassed or pursued by any other means despite blocking that individual. Firstly, we advise you to follow the rules of the land. Secondly, if you need screenshots of the messages, we are happy to help.
